A qualified Integrative Counsellor and the founder of Space2B.
An integrative counsellor. I’m neurodivergent, I have tattoos, and I don’t fit the typical picture of what people may expect a counsellor to be.
My tattoos tell parts of my story, and I communicate and express myself in different ways, not just through words. I bring my training, my lived experience and myself into this work. I’m human, I make mistakes, and being real and honest matters to me.
Helping people feel heard is part of who I am. It’s what led me to train as a counsellor and create the Bella the Bee communication cards.
Everyone deserves a space where they can be heard, understood and accepted for who they are.
Life can feel messy and hard to make sense of sometimes. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain or disconnected from yourself. You might be navigating change, exploring your identity or finding it difficult to explain how you feel. You don’t need to have everything worked out before you come.
At Space2B, I offer a space where you can pause, take your time and bring whatever is happening for you. There’s no expectation to find the right words or know where to start.
I work alongside you. Our sessions are shaped around what matters to you, at a pace that feels manageable, with room for you to tell me when something isn’t helping.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming.
For me, that means respecting the way you experience the world and being curious about what works for you. There’s room for your communication style, your sensory needs and your way of processing things. We can talk about how to adapt our sessions so you feel more comfortable being yourself.
I’m passionate about supporting people who are exploring their identity and making sense of who they are. This can include psychoeducation—sharing knowledge that helps you understand your experiences and find language for things you may have struggled to explain.
I want to help you get to know yourself, understand yourself and begin to accept yourself, at your own pace.
My training is part of what I bring.
My qualifications tell you about my professional learning, but they don’t tell you everything about me. My lived experience, my neurodivergence, my curiosity and what I’ve learned from getting things wrong also shape how I listen, connect and work alongside you.
My qualifications and professional development include:
BA (Hons) Integrative Counselling — Level 6
Online counselling course — The Open University
ITC Outdoor First Aid certification — SCQF Level 6
I’m also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
You can come as you are. We’ll take time to find a way of working together that feels right for you.
Together, we can explore what you need from counselling and find ways of working that feel comfortable and meaningful for you.
I believe counselling should feel like a collaborative process.
There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach because there isn’t a one-size-fits-all person.
Communication looks different for everyone. I can adapt sessions to support different communication styles and needs.
This may include speaking, writing, visual tools, quieter reflective space, or alternative communication methods depending on what feels most comfortable for you.
Your experiences are unique. Our work together will be shaped around your individual circumstances, needs and goals.
There is no need to rush. We can take time to explore things at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself.
Meeting you with understanding, empathy and acceptance.
Recognising that identity, culture and personal experiences shape who we are.
Supporting you to build confidence, self-awareness and skills that can support your wellbeing beyond counselling.
Whether you’re looking for counselling for yourself, support for your child or young person, or simply need someone to listen, I’m here to create a safe space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted.
Creating space to be heard, understood, and simply be.
I believe everyone deserves a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where they can be themselves and explore what matters to them at their own pace.
